Just to clarify the different member groups you can sign up as.
Students(Trinity and Churchill)
Agents: Operatives, secret agents, help carry out covert and clandestine missions, I think we're all good on that one.
Analysts: They, well, analyze the information gathered by the agents and put it to good use. They also gather intelligence and format it into missions. The spies that work in cyber units and use hacking or other computer related methods as a source of intelligence would be trained through this program.
Research and Development: The ones who make sure the CIA and MI6 spies are up to par with other agencies, can specialize in a variety of ways, including science, weapons, computers, gadgets etc...
Teachers: They're usually agents themselves, but they get their own member group.
CIA:You can create your CIA character, role, and rank in any way you want as long as they're realistic and reasonable. No super-human experiment people, leave that for the Avengers.
MI6(SIS):- the same.
Arms Dealers/ terrorists/ foreign operatives etc..:If you want to make an enemy then go for it, but you have to clear it with Quof first.
Civilians: You can create civilians however, unless their involved in a plot, they may not be all that fun. One thing I'm willing to let you do is create a dormant character that you only use when needed.
