As a teacher, you are welcome to mix and match whatever classes you want to teach. You can post a thread like the classes in which you specifically list the classes you teach(6-8 per semester) or just hint at a general category in your application, whatever you want.
Just as a reminder, the categories are:
History
Math
Science(you could get more specific, such as Biology or Chemistry related if you want)
Engineering
Development(some classes are included under other categories)
Culture and Assimilation(remember it includes language studies)
Computers
Fitness(Some teachers may teach a specific Martial Art, in which case you could list that as your teaching category)
