Damon wasn’t even bothering to hide the fact that he was watching the clock and not taking in a word of what his teacher was saying. The teacher was probably aware of this, and he was pretty sure if he was actually looking in that general direction said teacher would be glaring at him out of the corner of her eye. Good thing he wasn’t looking that way, though it might be actually fun to catcher her eye, he could make funny faces at her or something, except that he didn’t think that would be a good idea. He wasn’t scared of the teachers, even though he probably should be, but the worse they could do was call his mom and since she’d already written off as an embarassing slacker it really wasn’t that big of a deal. Mostly he just didn’t want to get another detention, not this close to the weekend…
He had mixed feelings about Fridays. On the one hand, it was Friday. Except he swore Friday was the longest day of the week, especially that last hour. Why did all his boring classes have to be at the end of day.> Plus the weekend didn’t mean the same thing for them that it did for normal kids, as rarely one went by where they didn’t have some big school project that took up most of their Sunday and possibly their Sunday, plus all the freaking homework. Mostly, there was just a feeling on Friday, like a its time to rip of your uniform and go crazy feel—not that he had ever done that. Except he wasn’t even sure he was going survive until that moment…
Finally, finally, class let out. The teacher had even finished the, “your excused,” before he’d leapt out of his chair and raced out of the door. He’d made it, he was free. He was so excited her barely paid attention to who or what was around him.

Aurora looked forward at her finger, her eyes slighty crossed as she neared if closer to her face slowly, trying to find amusement in something at the moent. The only reason whys he had no real interest in the lesson taking place was because they had been hearing the same thing over and over for the past week. Feeling a nudge on her arm, she napped back to Earth from her dazed state, looking slightly confused for a moment. Turning to the teacher, she gave a sheepish smile and placed her hands on the table as if silently sanding the message that she would no longer do absurd actions. Well, absurd according to her teacher. A lot of fun could be found in the pretty colors of her nails when such a boresome lecture was being conducted.
Her head began to tilt side to side, a song being played mentally in her head. In fact, there was a whole concert taking place in the land of imagination hidden in the very back of her mind. If she could, Aurora would rise and perform a very attention-grabing air guitar. And, she was sure it would be exceptionally done. When the bell rang, Aurora perked up in her seat and smiled brightly. Her hand almost immediately took hold of her bag and slung it over her shoulder as she jumped from her seat and dashed towards the door. Yet, before she reached, another breezed right by her.
Not having expected it, the pink-haired girl began to lose her balance, her mouth forming into the shape of an 'o' as she felt herself falling. Quickly, she got her footing and steadied herslef, giggling at her own clumsiness before looking forward at whoever had been the cause behind it. She smiled a tad mischievously and hurried behind Damon, wrapping her arms around his neck and laughing. "You almost made me fall, Damon! Jeez, you are always the first one out of class the last days of the week!~" Releasing her arms from around him, she came down from her tippy toes and onto her feet. "Wha..- It's not fair! Why do you have to be so tall!" She gave a small pout, looking up to one of her closest friends here at Trinity.

Damon was mentally going through all the crazy stuff he so wanted to get done today and all the homework he could put off when a pair of arms wrapped around his neck—a pair a very cute arms— and a voice that belonged on a Disney princess movie was chastising him, sort of. He rolled his eyes and moved his shoulders so that she fell down in front of him, a splash of pink coloring his eyelids.
He almost laughed at her adorably outraged expression. A lot of the people here were always so tense it was freaking ridiculous. He was pretty sure he would have exploded a long time ago if she hadn’t come bouncing in—literally.
“Cuz I’m tall, dark and handsome, duh.” He said with an attempt to sound like all the wanna-be James Bond that wandered around this place. “And it’s not my fault you’re a little pixie-child,” he loved calling her by her code name, even though they were supposed to only use them on missions and stuff. Hers was just too freaking perfect though, he remembered when she first picked it out…he hadn’t called her anything else for a week. His own nickname had been panther, but that had only been because the teacher had sarcastically called him that when he’d totally biffed up the obstacle course. He was anything but a panther, unless you were talking about his “wooing” skills.
He released her from the hug, though only after trying to crush her into a million pieces. “So we should do something,” he said as he played with her hair. He couldn’t help it; it was pink hair after all. “What’do’ya say, Pixie babe?” He knew she freaked out whenever he said stuff like that, which was kind of why he did it. She knew they were just friends though, and it wasn’t like he was leading her on or being heartless or anything, she was just too fun to flirt with.

------------------------------------ Hey I heard you were a WILD ONE If I'd took you home, It'd be a HOME RUN
▬「;°.¸¸.•´¯`»★ Ρɪхɪє ↻▬
Her lip slighlty twitched as her facade began to give way. There was no way she would be able to possibly stay mad at anyone, much less Damon. ESPECIALLY, when he called her Pixie. Her Uncle had looked at her with a somewhat disgusted look when he saw her hair for the very first time. In order to humor herself, she'd asked him what he thought of it, claiming that she thought she looked awesome with it. Ever since he grumbled that she had "just looked like a Pixie", she thought it was the cutesst thing. So, of course, when she was acked to present a codename, she hadn't wasted a second to think and made it official.
"That is so not fair, Damon. You know I can't stay mad at you." When Damon began to tighten his grip around her in a tight embrace, her eyes widened and she began to giggle with the little voice she carried. It was no lie that for a moment, she actually lost her ability to breath. "Da...mon...can't..." As soon as she'd been released, she let out a sigh of relief, laughing. She was used to things like that, so it wasn't so big of a deal. In fact, she loved when she got hugs like that from Damon. It made her feel happy, not that she was ever really a type of person to be sad.
Hearing his statement, she nodded, very much in the mood to leave from these classrooms and go hav fun somewhere....away from these scary teachers. There were actually times she pretended she was in a fairytale and they were the evil dragons and witches she had to defeat, but of course, she would never do anything other that just imagine. Looking back up to Damon, she smlied brightly. "What did you have in min-"
Just having realized what had come out of Damon's mouth moments before, Aurora grew stiff. At a surprisingly rapid speed, blood rushed to her face, flooding her cheeks with a very colorful shade. "Wha--..when did-..but you-...friend...and...I thought-" She gave a small squeal of embarrassment and plaed both her hands on Damon's chest, pushing him in payment for what he had just done to her. "...YOU BIG DUMMY!"
She crossed her arms over her chest and pouted her lips, knowing now that he had just said it to mess with her. He knew how she reacted to things like that, especially when it was out of the blue.
"Who's screaming out here? Aurora! Is that you?"
Aurora's head snapped back, forgetting her little fake anger at Damon when she heard their teacher approaching. "Oops, the dragon is here! Time to go do that thing you were talking about, Damon!" Laughing, she grabbed Damon's hand and bagen to run down the hall, peeking behind her to see when they were out of sight. Her feet began to slow down and she couldn't help but start to laugh, tears springing to the corners of her eyes as she clutched onto her stomach. "Was I really...that loud?"

He grinned at her, "Of course not, who could stay mad at me?" He feigned shock, though actually he could think of plenty of people who could stay mad at him. The teachers, his mom, Calista...
he laughed when she said she couldn't breathe, though he released her immediately afterward. "Sorry," he said, "I always forget how fragile you are." He teased with a wink as he patted her head condescendingly. Actually, she wasn't as breakable as she looked, something he knew from experience,—a very interesting experience... One that involved the first Covert Operations assignment he'd been on with her, a town carnival, and a stuffed koala bear...
Needless to say he was not going to make that mistake again. Ever.
And now he was laughing again at her reaction to him calling her baby, this time doubling over slightly with his hands clasped to his chest. Two minutes with Rory and she'd already made him laugh twice. That's why he liked her, she could make anyone smile.
he stopped laughing abruptly when he heard the teacher. He looked at Roary, though the expression on her face was so hilarious he had to bite his tongue and hold his breathe to keep from bursting out laughing again, and even then he barely made it.
He let her drag him down the hall, and almost screamed "RUN FROM THE DRAGON!" as loud as he could while they did, except that would kind of defeat the purpose of getting away from the teacher in the first place. He stopped when she stopped, exaggerating how out of breathe he was while still grinning at her and chortling, though the really funny part was over.
"Apparently," he said, raising his eyebrows at her, and he had stopped pretending to be out of breathe. "well, that was exciting." he commented to keep himself from doubling over again. There were still people milling around them, many of whom were giving the two of them strange looks, but they were pretty much used to that by now. Still, he didn't exactly go out of his way to make people stare at him, and it was kind of awkward, he felt.
"So, what were doing before our mad escape?" He asked her, cursing his extremely short-term memory.

Aurora ignored Damon's laughter at her reaction from the teacher calling out her name as he approached, the top priority in the pixie's mind being to escape as soon as possible. Although, she was unable to successfully contain her laughter when Damon voiced her thoughts, happy that he, too, agreed on the resemblance teachers at the academy had to the scary mystical creature. She was glad she wasn't the only one..
As she caught the small amount of air needed to relax her braething, she straightened out her body and clasped her hands, stretching them out in front of her. "Very exciting. You know, one day, we should have a play day where all of the students are heros and the teachers ate the villains. Boy, that would be a killer of fun." She laughed at the thought, picturing herself with a mask and cape. "Yeah...I'd definitely look good in a superhero costume." She nodded, laughing at the compliment she gave her own self. It was true, though. She could be stylish in her choice of outfits that way even if she lost to the villanous teachers, she'd do it looking good.
At the question pertaining to their earlier topic, Aurora blinked, not so sure herself, especially after the thoughts of her being a superhero. Her mind began to drift into powers, wondering which one she'd most prefer out of the variety. Quickly, she shook her head, looking back to Damon to answer his question. Sometimes her imagination ran a hundred miles per hour, taking her to a whole other world.
"Ahmm..you said we should do something.." Placing her hands on her hips, she tilted her head to the side. "What should we do?" She began to think of an answer too, figuring it should be something they would both enjoy. Taking notice of the many people still walkign in the halls, she took Damon's forearm in her hands, beginning to walk backwards as she faced him. "First, let's get out of the hall. Too much learning is bad for the health." She laughed and let go after a while, falling in step by his side as she looked around, waving to countless people as they passed while giggling. "Let's do something fun~"

Damon looked interested at the thought. It certainly had a lot of funny mental pictures associated with it. “And what would you be, pixie girl?” He made a weird face after he said that, “Sorry, that was a lame, I used up all my good pixie jokes years ago.” He shook his head and looked over at her, "We’ve been hanging out for too long Rory,” Though she didn’t seam to hear him, her eyes were gazing off in the distance like the clichéd book phrase goes.
He rolled his eyes. She actually did this a lot, disappearing inside her own head. He sometimes did the whole waving the hand in front of her face and saying 'earth to rory’ while making faces at her; but he didn’t this time. Instead he waited patiently, well, as patiently as a hyper active kid like him could wait, until she came too.
“Oh right.” He said, his face lighting up for a moment before sinking into hard concentration. "Well, I hadn’t exactly gotten that far yet, umm…” he let lead him out of the hall, and answered, “Hear, hear!” as heartily as he could without while trying not to crash into anyone while Roary was leading him so forcefully.
Damon sputtered, “What, fun? No I was thinking we were going to science labs and ask the teacher if we could help him clean up after all the dissections and then he could give an a hour and half lecture on the cleavage of a blastula or whatever its called…” He gave her a small smirk, before running his hadn through his hair, a sign that he was actually thinking about something.
“We could sneak into town," he suggested with a wink, “You know, mess with the locals, plus all the high school kids should be out and about so that would make things interesting” Then he considered something else, “Or we could figure out were the secret teacher meeting room is, because I know that have this hidden liar somewhere where they plot all the different ways they can torture us…Or,” he spread his out his hands from where they’d been folded across his chest, “we could do something safer if you’re not in that sort of mood.” It actually didn’t matter to him either way. Sure, he’d tease her about if she copped out, but he wouldn’t judge her. They’d just have to think of something else too do…

Aurora actually considered Damon's question when she'd heard it thorugh all the thoughts swirling in her mind, blinking when he apologized for being lame. When he admitted that they had been haging out for too long, she frowned, more than necessary on purpose. "Awh, Damon. We can never spend enough time together....right?" She asked, narrowing her eyes as she challenged him to say otherwise.
Hearing what 'fun' was accordint to Damon, she paused, one eyebrow quirking above the other. She was seriously reconsidering their friendship if he was really wanting to volunteer them to go clean and sit through yet another lecture. Had their whole relationship been a lie and the Damon she knew never really existed. Blinking, she looked at him, smiling when she saw his smirk. "Ah..You actually had me worried for a minute, Damon. I thought I lost you to the influence of the dragons." She shivered, as if the mrere thought of him going to the good side was too dreadful to consider.
As he layed down all the possibilites for what the two could do, Aurora nodded, taking in all of them slowly. She thought carefully, wondering what they could do that would keep them entertained most. They could go into town, but...she wasn't really in the mood for that. "Ugh...this is a tough choice. What can we do, what can we do...?" Like she often did, Aurora was speaking her thoughts aloud, not really asking the quesion to anyone but herself.
Yet, no matter how much she thought, she could not get the idea of them trying to find the teacher's lounge that there had only been rumors about. She grinned, silently accepting the challenge. "Let's find the lair. I bet they have like...amazing things in there. We will go down in Trinity history as the first kids to ever find it." She giggled, awaiting to see if Damon was sure that he would want to attempt the mission. Surely, it was riskier that some missions they actually took on as spies outside of school because this time...they might be given detentions where they'd be forced to do more work and possibly listen to more lectures than normal.
"We might not make it, Damon...but...I think we are the only people who can do this. What do you say? Where should we start first.." She began to think about teachers and where they liked to be often or where an entrance may be.

Damon was prepared to give her a completely sarcastic answer, but he chickened out after seeing her face. He, instead, feigned fear, pretending to back up and holding his hands protective in front of him. “Of course, we can’t Rory,” he gulped, “whatever you say.” Then he, of course, grinned.
He shook his head when she mentioned she’d actually thought he’d been serious. “Seriously Rory? You actually thought they could get to me? They’ll never break me, I’m a completely lost cause. Now you on the other hand…” he gave her a small smirk.
He waited as she deliberated, hoping she didn’t think his plans were idiotic. The first coulple of things he’d said had just been the first things that had come to his brain, but the last one. He actually kind of liked that one, so he was pretty excited when she agreed. Not that he really showed it, he just nodded his head in a satisfied way. “Course, who else would be stupid enough, I mean, freaking awesome enough to think of attempting it?” He could only imagine his classmates envy if they did find it. It would make this whole thing worth it, even if they did die in the process.
But she had hit the fatal flaw in his oh so brilliant plan. “Umm….” He trailed off, “that’s a good question.” He quenched his lips together as he thought, ”I know that whenever my mom comes here, she always heads to the back right corner of the school…” It wasn’t like his mother came all that often, usually only once or twice a year. His mother said she only came on official business, but he doubted the Director of NSC actually had to visit his school that often, or that she was even the person they would normally send. He was pretty sure she just wanted an excuse to come to his school so she could somehow pressure him into doing better, but he had a knack for making himself scarce whenever she came around, usually by being right behind her, hence why he knew where she usually went.

Aurora smiled when Damon pretended to be scared, immediately making a face that would be worth being scared of...maybe in a city full of chocolate kisses and fruity gumdrops. She'd gone back to a smile when he began to speak, nodded when he asked her if she'd been serious about him being influenced by the teacher. It was a sad thought, indeed, but it didn't mean that it was impossible. When he hinted that she'd be more likely to fall under the teacher;s rule, she shook her head, giving a small 'che' under her breath. "Oh, pleasssee. You think the girl who painted her hair pink against school regulations is not a lost cause?" She flipped her bright pink hair to emphasize her statement.
She didn't say anything in response to his 'stupid enough' remark, because what they were going to attempt was an idiotic thing on their part. If they got caught, there was no doubt that whatever would be coming was going to be bad. "You think we will find the bodies of the remoured kids in there? The ones they have trapped because they misbehaved?" There had been rumors about some kids a while back when they stopped showing up to school that they had been caught doing something bad and had been taken and held in cells monitored by the school. "Maybe we'll be able to save them."
As Damon thought of where it might be, she began to think different places to. She began trying to think back to the direction she saw teachers going to most. Her area had been exactly where Damon mentioned his mother had went. He hadn't spoke of her often. It was sad that nobody ever spoke of their parents often. Family was such an important factor in someone's life, but many didn't even have the luxury to know what that love felt like. She smiled up to Damon and nodded. "Then the far right corner it is." She began to march, humming 'the ants go marching' rhyme in her head as she did so. "The mission has begunn~"

Damon rolled his eyes at her, “So if I want to be a for sure lost cause I have to dye my hair ridiculously bright and unnatural color?” he shook his head, “But I don’t need that see? I got the reputation I did from pure and utter talent,” He said with a nasally stuck up voice, which he broke with a chortle. “Maybe I should dye my hair though, since apparently it’s so important,” he looked thoughtful. “I’m thinking, cotton candy blue, yeah?” He gave her a friendly poke.
Damon sucked in a breath, face pinching together in an intrigued way. “I don’t know, my Mom always denied there existence but…” He paused, smiling slightly, “I swear half the teachers had made some sort of reference too it when talking about my future.” Actually, he was pretty sure they hadn’t said anything of the sort and he’d just filled in the gaps with his own wild imagination, it was hard for him to tell sometimes. “If there’s anything left to save.” He answered with an attempt to sound grave, which was probably an epic fail.
Damon set off after her, letting her take the lead. He was sorely tempted to do his James Bond sneaking impersonation, but that always seemed to end with someone sneaking up on him and tackling him to the floor. It had certainly happened the first time he’d done it as a little 6th grader when the random senior had jumped out in front of him and forced him to let out a high pitched squeal which no ever let him forget.
He couldn’t stop himself, however, from coming up close behind Aurora and humming the mission impossible theme song in her ear.
