The government has always valued youth education. While Trinity Academy may appear to be a school for extremely gifted (or rich) students, it is actually a government controlled facility closely monitored by the CIA in which the nation’s next top agents and analysts are being produced. People who are exposed to this—lifestyle— at an early age are less likely to seek a life outside of it, making them loyaler, stronger, and more likely to survive the long years ahead of them, something the US Government was quick to realize. Other governments have realized this as well, which is why the MI6 have created a similar facility, called the Churchill institute.
Recent events have made it clear that increased cooperation among the US and the UK is essential, so a program is proposed in which ten students from each of the schools will spend a semester at the other in order to gain a perspective. People weren’t exactly enthusiastic about the idea, but no one could see any harm. At first things seemed to be going fine, but then one of the American students at Churchill was kidnapped on a field practice. The school’s administration and the MI6 are under fire as they try to undercover how this happened and who could have done it. In the meantime a teacher at Trinity Academy has vanished and though the teachers deny anything's wrong many of the students are starting to get suspicious. Then documents start disappearing, and when someone hijacks the school's security system and leaves implicating messages it becomes clear where they went. Most assume it was an inside job and suspicions immediately turn on the foreigners. What started out as a simple project to improve foreign relations has turned into a chaotic mess that reaches far beyond the scopes of the school. The question is, who could possibly have something to gain from its failure?
