Super-Objective: Take one of your goals and keeping asking why your characters wants that until you can’t anymore, that’s your super-objective. Its basically what your character wants more than anything, only its not very specific and often they don’t consciously realize that they want it.

Abilities/skills: Should be related to your academic focus, basically what your character is good at when it comes to being a spy. If you’re an agent it might be knife throwing or interrogation and if you’re an analyst it might be codes or facial recognition.
Weakspots: What does your character sruggle with in terms of being a spy?
Strengths: Here is more personality traits, should have at least three

Background

Family: Parents, brothers and sisters, other significant relationships(you can include friends and mentors here). Also note on their relationship with said people, do they know that they go to spy school? Typically they won’t unless their involved with the CIA/MI6 themselves.
History: at least two for students and at least three for teachers/agents.
Cover History: if there is anything in their actual history that they have an alternate version for, post it here. You do not need to re-write your history unless you need to, just note the differences.
